Lenovo A6600: Entry-Level Handset with VoLTE Support
Lenovo has recently launched a new, low-end smartphone into the domestic markets boasting of the latest connectivity schemes. While this device hardly offers anything path breaking, this might just be one of the cheapest in its category. Here is how the specs sheet associated with the same, looks like in detail:
Lenovo A6600 boasts of a standard 5-inch screen, offering 1280x720 pixels, in terms of resolution. The HD panel flaunts life-like visuals at a pretty nominal price point. Moving on, Lenovo offers Android Marshmallow v6.0 straight out of the closet. Apart from that, we get dual-SIM support on this handset besides 4G VoLTE connectivity, Bluetooth v4.1 and GPS for navigation. Wireless compatibility is also showcased in addition to the micro-USB v2,0, 3.5mm audio jack and the FM Radio.
Lenovo A6600 might flaunt one of the lowest price points in its class but feels thin on power with a modest MediaTek MT6735P chipset, on-board. This processor clocks at 1GHz and works in unison with 1GB RAM. Apart from an underwhelming set of internals, this smartphone brings in a 2,300mAh battery unit which cannot be considered as one of the best deals from the company. Lastly, the 2MP selfie shooter for the given price tag is disappointing as well.
Unique Selling Points:
Lenovo’s 8MP rear facing camera shooter looks decent enough, featuring autofocus and flashlight support. Apart from that, we also get 16 gigs of on-board storage sizeable inclusion as compared to rest of the specs sheet.
