HTC ONE X10: Mid-Range Smartphone with Decent Camera Modules
HTC’s has finally unveiled a new smartphone that focuses on camera-centric performances more than anything else. This gadget also features a decent display and reliable processor besides adding in a host of nifty physical enhancements. Here is more about the same, in terms of detailed specifications:
HTC ONE X10 packs in a 5.5-Inch 1080p screen that exhibits decent viewing angles. The Full HD panel is further safeguarded by Corning Gorilla Glass. The IPS display flaunts a sizeable pixel density count of 401ppi. Moving on, HTC stacks in a decent enough battery unit for the hardcore users. Dual-SIM support is available in addition to 4G LTE connectivity and Bluetooth v4.2.
Other specs include USB functionality, FM Radio and the existence of the 3.5mm audio jack.
While this handset from HTC looks more like an obsolete entity, existence of Android Marshmallow v6.0 dampens our spirits, even further. With HTC, we were expecting Android Nougat as the Sense UI is certainly one of the better representations of the Android ecosystem. Lastly, this gadget looks more like a traditional smartphone and hardly offers anything new, in terms of specifications.
Lending solidarity to this otherwise average smartphone is MediaTek’s Helio P10 SoC, working together with an Octa-Core processor. Clock speed for the same is 2.2GHz. Mali T860 is the existing GPU that works in cohesion with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage support. One can further extend the built-in storage to 2TB and this feature can easily be considered as the best bet from the company.
In terms of imagery, we get a 16.3MP rear shooter with dual-tone LED flashlight support in addition to an 7.9MP selfie snapper.
Lastly, HTC ONE X10 also stacks in a pretty interactive fingerprint scanner.
