OnePlus 3: The Flagship Killer Resurfaces
OnePlus is now ready with its next handset that brings innovation and power to the table. This smartphone will soon arrive at the domestic shores in gold, black and light gray colors. Let us take a closer look at the existing set of specifications:
OnePlus 3 brings in a 5.5-Inch screen offering 1920x1080 pixels, in terms of resolution. The Full HD panel supports Optic AMOLED display technology resulting in life-like visuals. Android Marshmallow v6.0 is the existing operating platform, working in tandem with the Oxygen OS. Dual-SIM support is available followed by 3G and 4G LTE connectivity with VoLTE. Dual-band Wireless compatibility is featured in addition to Bluetooth v4.2, GPS for navigation, NFC and USB . In terms of aesthetics, this handset flaunts the ‘three stage slider’ hardware stacked onto the left side besides measuring 7.30mm in thickness and weighing 160 grams. A fingerprint sensor is also incorporated.
As per the existing specs sheet, the 3,000mAh battery module isn’t the best deal offered by OnePlus. The lack of micro-SD slot is slightly dampening as well.

OnePlus 3 features some of the best possible components when it comes to internals starting from Snapdragon 820 chipset to a Kyro Quad-core processor. Clock speed for the same is 2.2GHz. Adreno 530 GPU is also on-board. 6GB RAM is a sizeable offering followed by an internal storage limit of 64GB. A 16MP rear facing camera unit is on offer boasting of 4K video recording capability, flashlight support and the OIS. The 8MP selfie unit is also a desirable inclusion. This will not be the cheapest smartphone in town but the featured specs sheet certainly justifies those few extra bucks.
