Nokia 8: The Stalwart Makes a Premium Comeback
Nokia is expected to launch a new and powerful smartphone in the upcoming months featuring a powerful processor, fantastic camera modules and a massive portion of RAM. While nothing much has been given out regarding the official launch date, this smartphone is surely expected to change the way we look at modern day handsets. Let us analyze the existing specs sheet, in complete detail:
Nokia 8 flaunts a 5.7-inch QHD screen exhibiting IPS LCD display technology and an effective pixel density count of 515ppi. The existing panel offers 2560x1440 pixels, in terms of resolution. Apart from an exceedingly vibrant screen, this handset stacks in Android Nougat 7.0 OS and a pretty standard battery module. In terms of connectivity, we get 4G LTE support, Dual-band Wireless connectivity and Bluetooth v5.0 Low Energy.
Moving on, we also get a snappy fingerprint sensor on this innovative smartphone besides the all-important notification LED. Lastly, this flagship boasts of decent acoustic performance courtesy the built-in dual speakers.
While there is nothing much to complain about the Nokia 8, we aren’t actually confident of the existing battery module which can still be pretty modest much against our expectations.
The best feature, however, is the Snapdragon 835 chipset clubbed with Adreno 540 GPU and 6GB RAM. Internal storage limit for the same is 64GB/128GB expandable further up to 256GB, via the micro-SD slot.
In terms of imagery, we get a 24MP rear shooter flaunting OIS, EIS 3.0 and 4K video recording support. A 12MP front shooter is also on-board.
