Lenovo S860: Featuring a 5.3 Inch Screen and the MediaTek Chipset
Lenovo has introduced the affordable S860, a mid-range offering from the company that is loaded with certain high-end specs. Latest connectivity schemes are featured and this handset is now available in the Titanium color. Here is how the S860 looks like in terms of specifications:
The Lenovo S860 boasts of a 5.3 inch screen with HD resolution on offer. The featured IPS panel supports multi-touch up to 5 fingers and a pixel density level of 277ppi. The Lenovo S860 runs Android Jellybean v4.2 straight out of the box. The existing version is however upgradeable to KitKat v4.4.2. The Lenovo S860 measures 10.3mm in terms of thickness and weighs 190g. Powering the same is a 4000mAh non-removable battery module that is capable of delivering up to 43 hours of talktime and 960 hours of standby support on a single charge. Other noticeable specs include 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity besides the Dual-SIM compatibility. The Lenovo S860 also supports Bluetooth, micro-USB v2.0 and GPS in addition to the 3.5mm audio jack.
In terms of hardware specs, the Lenovo S860 is powered by the MediaTek MT8582 chipset paired along with a Quad-core processor. Clock speed for all the Cortex-A7 cores in action is 1.3GHz. Gaming needs are taken care of by the Mali 400MP2 GPU. 2GB RAM is assigned to the Lenovo S860 besides 16GB of internal storage tick.
