HTC One M8 Eye: Supremacy Personified
The rumors are starting to pour in as HTC works on the newest innovation, barely a few months after the grand launch of the One M8. Although the M8 came across as one of the best devices of 2014, the camera didn’t feel great and was mostly a letdown. As HTC believes in adding perfection to each manufactured piece and the lack of an outstanding camera did no good to the reputation, the M8 Eye comes with a feature packed garrison, topped by the inclusion of a near perfect lens.
With the rumors floating, we have tried to get into the depth of each aspect and would be presenting the same for the viewers who eagerly await the arrival of this mighty miniature. Be it the prospective build or the included chipset, our focus remains at providing the exact information for the viewers to bank upon.
As the HTC One M8 did no wrong with the design cues, the basics are likely to stay with the improved version as well. The all-metal chassis would be incorporated at least even if this device barely improves on the build quality and this alone would make for a sturdier structure. With the comfortable grip and matte finished rear, M8 Eye will surely boast of an exotic and classy feel. We did find the predecessor to be extremely good looking and the M8 Eye may go a level higher. This rumored gadget has to have the reflective bezel which convincingly conveys the classy realities. A more polished layering can be seen but the slicker texture has minimal scope of improvement, only because it already feels and looks perfect in the One M8.
One can surely expect a screen size improvement as this prospective device might feature a 5 inch interface. This 1080p display is reminiscent of the HD feel and we suppose HTC would be covering the viewing angles perfectly, even this time over. With the 441 PPI pixel density under consideration, this gadget is bound to display sharper and crispier images than other competitors within the same price bracket. If speculations are to be believed, the display is going to be as soul stirring as the previous version if not better.
Finally we have arrived at the tipping point which instigated this new process and rendered shape to the much awaited M8 eye. As HTC came with the Ultrapixel technology a few months back, the customers were left panting for more and the 4MP sensor barely sufficed. It can’t be considered as a failure but HTC finally thought of doing away with the same and include the 13MP and 2MP Duo Camera for clicking out highly improved snapshots. The Duo setup is going to stay but the Megapixel technology, in all readiness, is slated for a comeback. Persisting with the 5MP selfie camera was the best option HTC could muster out within the given price range as one cannot have everything for the price of peanuts. Just Kidding though!
Processor and Storage:
We all know how potent the HTC operating system feels and the M8 Eye is slated to have the Snapdragon 801 chipset included as well. With this Quad-core processor powering the device one can expect it to be largely lag and stutter free. This Smartphone, supposedly, will include a dedicated GPU of the Adreno 330 make which would allow the customers to be highly generous with their games and multitasking chores. These elusive specs in addition to the 2.3GHz or more of clock speed are likely to render some monstrous power to the M8 Eye. Speculations are many and some expect the processor speed to touch a whopping 2.5GHz, comparable to the Galaxy S5 from Samsung. The 2GB RAM was a fantastic inclusion sported by the One M8 and is likely to stay. One can surely expect the internal storage to be either 16GB or 32GB depending upon the price and the variant asked for. Surprisingly this device is still going to sport an SD card slot for those who are looking for some more storage space.
With the full HD resolution and the rampaging processor speed, heavy draining can surely be expected. This is skillfully combated with the 2600mAh battery which is likely to reappear even with this Gadget. On heavy usage one may still need to charge the set twice a day but we are hopeful of a power saver mode, this time over.
If HTC One M8 was great then the M8 Eye will surely set the standards surging with a sure-shot camera improvement and the staggering processor speed, easily justifying the high-end cost of the device.
